We try to keep things as simple as possible here at Bali Sound & Lighting. However, given the nature of our business and the type of equipment we provide, we must adhere to specific operating policies in order to keep our business, our products, and most importantly our customers satisfied. Unfortunately, this requires that everyone (including ourselves) follow some specific rules and regulations:
Rental Day & Rental Rate = 8 hours excluding set up and delivery times. Additional hours are charged at 10% from the total invoice.
To guarantee availability of your rental equipment, you must reserve one or more weeks in advance, a 50% deposit is required for ALL reservations. Please specify if your order is urgent. We will do our best to accommodate your special needs. We do specialize in last minute/same day rentals – but you must contact us for availability.
DELIVERY/ SET UP / BREAK DOWN
All of our equipment prices include delivery and set up on the day of the event provided your venue is located in the southern area of Bali. Please see our Delivery Fees page for a detailed map of the areas we cover and the additional delivery fee charges
SET UP / BREAK DOWN
Our prices include set up and break down of all of our equipment, we do not allow customer pick up and returns. All equipment will be packed up and removed before 12am on the day of your event. If you need your equipment past 12am additional hours are charged at 20% from the total invoice.
To make a rental reservation, we require the following:
Full Name, Event Venue, Event Date & Time:
Reservations are held up to 1 week. If you do not contact us by that time, your reservation will be canceled. Payment arrangements must be made prior to the reservation expiration.
You are billed for RENTAL TIME / TIME OUT, not RENTAL USAGE. If you require equipment for less than than 8 hours, your rate remains the same.
We accept bank transfer and cash. All rentals MUST be paid for PRIOR to delivery. A 50% deposit is required to book our equipment and full payment must be settles 1 day prior to the event date
If you would like to pay by the final balance, you will have to pay our event manager 1 Day prior to the event. Our event manager is instructed not to set up any equipment, unless full payment has been made.
We guarantee our equipment 100%. All equipment is thoroughly examined and quality tested prior to and directly after each rental to ensure that your event is successful and free of unexpected problems.
All problems with equipment must be reported immediately to Bali Sound & Lighting to be considered for adjustment.
Bali Sound & Lighting takes every precaution to prevent field failure, however, things do happen – especially with electronic equipment. We rotate our inventory to take advantage of the newest AV gear, and test each rental just before delivery. If the equipment does malfunction, our first priority is always given to day-of-event equipment failures (although these are extremely rare). A replacement unit or service technician will be dispatched as soon as possible.
